Answers to frequently asked questions for your stay at the Hotel President
What time is the check-in and check-out?
The check-in is from ore 12:00 p.m. onwards and the check-out by 10:00 a.m.
If you arrive before 12 p.m. and the room is not available, you can use the parking lot and request the beach ticket at the reception desk.
In case of full board, you can start with lunch on the first day and finish with breakfast on the day of departure.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not allowed in our facility.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
Our hotel is located parallel to the waterfront, making the beach within walking distance. Our private lido is just 100 meters from the hotel.
Regarding the evening, we are 200 meters from the center of Vasto Marina, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk to bars, clubs, markets and amusement parks.
Is beach service included?
Beach service is included with your stay and features one beach umbrella + one deck chair + one sunbed per room, at our private lido called Lido President.
Is it possible to book the location of the beach umbrella?
Beach umbrella location will be assigned upon arrival at the beach, it cannot be reserved in advance, and there are no surcharges based on the row. The beach manager will do his best to accommodate requests based on availability.
How can I get to the historic center of Vasto?
About 6 km. From the hotel, you can visit the attractive historic town center of Vasto, which can be reached by car or by town buses with a bus stop in front of the hotel.
I received the quote, how can I make a reservation?
To confirm, you must click on the “book now” line at the bottom of the quote, under the type of room you would like to book and complete the procedure with the required information.
Afterwards, we will send you the necessary data for the deposit payment.
How much is the tourist tax?
The amount of the tourist tax is €2 per person per day and does not apply to those under the age of 14, unless modified by municipal ordinance.
Is there an entertainment service?
There is no entertainment service provided.
What are the times of meals?
- breakfast is all buffet style and is provided from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.;
- lunch: the entrance to the restaurant hall is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m;
- dinner: the entrance to the restaurant hall is scheduled from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..

Do you have meal options for special diets (celiac disease, allergies and/or intolerances)?
Our daily menu features a wide choice for breakfast (including products for celiacs and lactose-free) and a choice of three first and three second courses for lunch or dinner.
Each day you can tell us your preferences through our app, where you can also consult the allergen list and arrange any changes.
In case of allergies and/or intolerances, all dishes will be prepared with the utmost care. However, please note that the working environment is not completely free of allergens.
Is it possible to replace lunch with a packed meal?
If requested the day before, there is the option of replacing the lunch with a packed meal consisting of sandwiches, fresh fruit and a 500-milliliter bottle of water.
What is the difference between standard and annex?
The difference between the standard and annex rooms is that they are located in two separate facilities. They both feature the same services.
The standard ones are located in the main part of the hotel, while the annexes are located in an neighboring structure, at about 30 meters away. Within the same private property.
The annex rooms are located in a three-floor structure with an elevator.
Does the hotel have car parking?
The hotel has a large, free, private parking lot reserved for guests but unguarded.
Does the hotel have charging columns for electric cars?
The hotel is equipped with two electric charging columns, within the private parking lot, and is a service subject to a fee.
Does the hotel have a wellness center?
Our wellness center includes:
- use of the gym (by reservation, free of charge);
- use of mini-pool (by reservation, free of charge);
- one whirlpool session per person in our Wellness Center (by reservation, free of charge);
- massages by reservation subject to a fee.
Are there age limits for access to the wellness center?
Children of all ages are allowed to have access if accompanied by at least one adult.
Does the hotel have a wifi service?
The hotel provides free wifi service for all guests and throughout the hotel and also in the annex.
Is there a bike rental service?
The hotel has a city bike rental service for an additional fee, which must be booked at the hotel.
Is the bike path located near the hotel?
The hotel is located near one of the access points to the via verde, which is the bike path surrounded by the nature of the Costa dei Trabocchi, on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Adriatic coast that runs from vasto marina to Ortona.
Alternatively, just as close, you can ride the bike path on the Vasto Marina waterfront that is connected southward to San Salvo Marina.
What treatments can you choose from when booking a stay?
The hotel offers three options: bed and breakfast, full board and half board.
Half board is not available in August.
